Leave Sudbury on the A134 towards Colchester and then turn left onto the A1071 to Ipswich.  Just before Ipswich you come to a roundabout where you should take the first exit onto the B1113 towards Sproughton.

Enter Sproughton and next to The Wild Man pub turn right onto Lower Street and continue until you reach a roundabout where you should take the First exit to join the A14 towards Bury St Edmunds.

Leave A14 at next exit signposted Ipswich A1156 and at the next roundabout take the first exit staying on the A1156 towards Ipswich.  At the next roundabout take the second exit still on the A1156 signposted Town Centre.

You will then come to some traffic lights where you need to take a sharp left into Old Norwich Road.  The entrance is narrow and on the left hand side.  If you reach the Maypole you have passed the ground.
