A tall, well built, central defender, he joined AFC at the start of the 2008/09 season from Maldon Town. His career started at Colchester United and he went onto play for Heybridge Swifts and Billericay Town. An excellent cricketer, he plays for Coggeshall. Work commitments stopped his making any appearances for the club during the 2009/10 season..
