It's the dizzy heights of eighth place in the Bostik North and the Third Round of the FA Trophy and a home tie against Leyton Orient for AFC's opposition Haringey Borough at the King's Marsh Stadium.
The game is being very kindly sponsored by ‘Stevie Wonder School of Motoring’ and they will be choosing their Man of the Match.
The visitors are having a great season both at home on their new 3G pitch and also away and they have included in their squad this term ex-AFC players Ayrton Coley, Ryan Hervel and Lawrence Yiga.
AFC will have in their starting line-up new signing centra defender Ian Miller who with his vast experience should bring a calming influence in all those around him. Manager Mark Morsley (pictured) is also able to recall to the side Jake Clowsley who has been out injured with a damaged calf and and infection he picked up as a result.
One player who will not be playing is defender Alfie Carroll who has left and has joined Haverhill Rovers. He made a total of twenty-eight appearances and scored three goals in his time with the club. We thank him for his time with the club and best wishes go to him for the future.
Before the kick-off there will be a minutes applause for loyal supporter and committee man Pat Arbon who sadly passed away on Thursday.
AFC Reserves are away in the Thurlow Nunn First Division when they visit Hollands FC who play at the home ground of FC Clacton.
