Three Points Claimed To Climb Four Places

3 weeks ago By Tony Simpson

Fifth Successive Victory

AFC went to Soham Town Rangers and came away with all three points winning the game 2-0 and thus climbing up four places to thirteenth in the Bostik North table and taking their winning streak to five games.

Two first half goals, one a great twenty-five yard free kick from leading scorer Adam Mills, his eleventh in twelve games, the other from Louis Blake who notched his second in two games.

The home side came out strongly in the second period but the AFC side held together and for the fourth time Caretaker Manager Danny Laws was able to celebrate victory.
