Looking For Victory

Presentation To Captain

AFC are at King's Marsh Stadium on Tuesday evening as they entertain Essex side Brentwood Town, a team that suffered a similar fate in recent times of promotion and relegation after only one season in the higher division.

Brentwood having played four games have four points to the one AFC having played three, they are in nineteenth place and Sudbury four places below them.

AFC Manager Jamie Godbold has seen his side six times in the past two games four in the FA Cup and two last Saturday away at Cheshunt. He will be hoping to see more goals go in and for his defence to keep a clean sheet as they strive for their first league victory of the season.

Jeremiah Kamanzi is likely to be missing due to the hamstring injury he picked last week.

Prior to the match Club Captain Sam Clarke (pictured) will be the subject of a presentation by AFC after passing the club appearance record on Saturday. He is now the record holder on 377 appearances. Well done Sam.

The match is being sponsored by Gt Waldingfield Garages and they will chose their Man of the Match at the end of the evening.
