Back at home and back to Bostik North League action as AFC take on Essex side Bowers and Pitsea at King’s Marsh Stadium.
Mark Morsley’s side return to Suffolk after gaining a point last Saturday at Waltham Abbey, and going out of the League Cup against Thamesmead Town on Wednesday.
Reece Dobson is available for selection after being cup-tied in midweek, but again missing will be Jake Clowsley. It is likely that a number of the club’s younger players will be involved in both the starting line-up and on the substitutes bench. Included will be sixteen year-old Panashe Mundawarara who became the club’s youngest ever scorer earlier in the week.
The opposition Bowers, won promotion last season from the Essex Senior League and have aquitted themselves very well in their new league. They are currently in fourth place with thirty-three points from eighteen games played.
For the first time for ages neither of the club’s reserve sides have a Saturday game.
