FA Cup Gives AFC Truro Away

1 month ago By Tony Simpson

A Long Trip But....

AFC have been drawn away to National League South side Truro City in the Third Qualifying Round of the Emirates FA Cup.

Truro defeated Porchester Town 2-0 in the Second Qualifying Round on Saturday. The Cornwall side are currently sitting in second place in the National League South with 22 points from 11 games.

AFC will have no fears about the 720 mile round trip having done it in November 2010 for an FA Trophy Third Qualifying Round tie, coming away winning 2-1 with Steve Wareham (pictured) scoring both goals.

Details of travel arrangements will be available after tomorrow nights home game against Brightlingsea Regent in the Bostik League Cup.
