Home Tie Earned

AFC went to 'The Recway' for their FA Cup First Qualifying Round Replay and came away victorious winning the tie 4-2.

The visitors went a goal up early on when Dave Cowley scored and soon afterwards Tevan Allen made it two. Ex-AFC man Danny Crow pulled a goal back .

Seven minutes into the second half Adam Mills (pictured) scored the first of two goals the other sixteen minutes from time, in between Mildenhall scored their second. The home side finished the game with ten men after Green was sent of for a foul on Joe Wright.

The tie saw Captain Sam Clarke make his 376th appearance for the club to be come joint record appearance holder.

AFC will now play at home Bostik South side Chipstead in the Second Qualifying Round on Saturday 16th September.
