The Ladies entertained Brentwood Town Ladies looking for a much needed win.
The visitors went ahead after ten minutes when their winger was allowed to cut in to the penalty area and crossed for the centre forward to steer home from only three yards.
They went further ahead after twenty minutes from more a less an identical move.
AFC pulled a goal back after twenty-five minutes through Mia Etheridge.
After ten minutes of the second half the Essex side went 3-1 up and Sudbury looked out of the game. However with seventy minutes on the clock Sudbury pulled a goal back when Mia Etheridge shot was adjudged to cross the line by the referee and although there was protests from Brentwood the goal stood.
The King's Marsh side equalised after seventy-eight minutes when Becks Chandler scored a screamer from a 30 yard free kick.
Brentwood regained the lead two minutes time with a goal from the penalty spot that brought protests from the Sudbury players. It did look a harsh decision.
