The annual financial review and Executive Board presentation will be held on tonight Friday 3rd of August at 7.30pm at The MEL Group Stadium.

Legislation no longer requires a company of AFC Sudbury Ltd’s turnover to advertise or conduct an AGM. However, it is with the sincere wishes of the Directors of AFC Sudbury Ltd to maintain this very important line of communication to all those interested in the clubs financial welfare and plans going forward.

Chief Executive Mark Pearman said, ” The Directors of AFC Sudbury will be presenting its financial affairs tonight, this replaces what was formally referred to as AFC Sudbury’s AGM. Once again, it is the opportunity for Shareholders, Committee members, supporters and any interested parties to be informed of the clubs affairs and an opportunity to ask questions of the Executive Board”.
