May 30, 2012 White Returns To Wroxham

Danny White has returned to Wroxham becoming manager David Batch’s second signing after he decided to leave King’s Lyn Town.
White returns to the club he helped to a FA Vase final appearance two years ago before leaving for King’s Lynn.

His arrival will boost Wroxham’s midfield options which had been depleted due to the departures of Gary Gilmore and Ryan Oakley.

White, 28, decided with a heavy heart to leave the Linnets due to travelling demands and will link up once again with Batch at Trafford Park.

Speaking on his Twitter account @white_danny he revealed it was a tough choice to leave Lynn. He said: “Feeling distraught just spoke to Setch (Lynn manager Gary Setchell) and informed him due to work commitments I am unable to re-sign for Lynn next season #devastated.”

White was part of the Cambridge United youth set up before being relased as a 17-year-old and has also enjoyed spells at Diss Town and Needham Market.

In his first spell at Trafford Park he made 169 appearances, scoring 19 goals.
