Sudbury Town Council are holding an “Olympic Celebration Weekend” on 23^rd – 24^th June 2012. Sports teams from our three twin towns in France, Germany and Denmark are being invited to Sudbury to take part in various sporting events around the town.

AFC Sudbury has been asked to organise and host football matches against teams from our twin towns. It will be a great chance for us to showcase our fantastic facilities and hopefully attract plenty of spectators to watch a number of “International” friendlies.

There is a lot to organise in a short space of time, so could anyone interested in helping with the organisation please call Rachel on 376213. We plan to hold the first meeting in the Main Club house 7PM Wednesday 15^th February.
