AFC Sudbury manager Chris Tracey was determined that his squad would do some training after the away fixture against Waltham Abbey was called off due to a frozen pitch.

Tracey arranged for an hour of five-a-side at Sudbury Sports Centre between 12.00 and 1.00pm and all of his squad with one exception were there. Robbie Martin making the long treck from Watford, James Baker coming from Cambridge and Danny Gay from King’s Lynn.

Jon Docker Recovered From Injury

Jon Docker made an appearance and looked very fit after his groin operation, while both Richard Howell and Rhys Darg were running without any problem after recent hamstring injuries.
