ZUMBA is the fastest growing fitness craze which is taking the world by storm.  There is now a chance for the children to join in the fun. Designed exclusively for kids (ages 5 – 12) Zumbatomic classes are rockin, high – energy fitness – parties packed with specially choreographed, kid friendly routines and all the music kids love.

ZUMBATOMIC for children aged 5 to 12 years has arrived at AFC Sudbury.

Thursdays (in the gym): 5.30pm – 6pm – 5yrs – 8yrs
6pm – 6.45pm – 9yrs – 12yrs

Pay as you go prices £3.50 a class, suitable for all abilities.

ADULT ZUMBA CLASSES also AFC Sudbury.

Thursdays: 7pm – 7.45pm

Pay as you go prices £4, suitable for all ages and abilities.

Here is the good bit, if you bring your AFC Sudbury Football Club membership card with you and show Laura your first session is free!
