September 16, 2011 Zumba for kids and Adults starts at AFC next Thursday!
ZUMBATOMIC for children aged 5 to 12 years is coming to AFC Sudbury, starting next Thursday 22nd September.
Zumba is the fastest growing fitness craze which is taking the world by storm. There is now a chance for the children to join in the fun. Designed exclusively for kids (ages 5 – 12) Zumbatomic classes are rockin, high – energy fitness – parties packed with specially choreographed, kid freindly routines and all the music kids love.
Thursdays: 5.30pm – 6pm – 5yrs – 8yrs
6pm – 6.45pm – 9yrs – 12yrs
Pay as you go prices £3.50 a class, suitable for all ablilities.
ADULT ZUMBA CLASSES also starting at AFC Sudbury this Thursday (22nd September) 7pm – 7.45pm
Pay as you go prices from £3.50 – £4, suitable for all ages and ability.
Bring plenty of water and come and join the fun!
